  • Can I cancel an order?

    Orders can be modified or canceled within 5 hours of placing your order. If 5 hours have passed, the modification or cancellation will be granted at our discretion. The reason for this is because our artists begin processing and designing your custom artwork soon after your order is placed.

  • Can i preview my order before it's shipped?

    Of course! We offer a paid option called Artwork Preview Before Shipment. For a small fee, it allows you request for changes/revisions before the final product is sent to production and shipped.
  • Do you ship out of the USA?

    Absolutely! We ship from 11 locations worldwide. Please do contact us to check if your location is within our sales area.
  • How do I track shipping?

    To track your order you may head over to http://track.iconicpaw.com/?page-name=tracking-page. Please note that you can only track orders that are shipped. For general order status inquiry, you may send an email to support@iconicpaw.com.
  • How long will shipping take?

    Our standard shipping may take 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
  • What if I get a wrong sized portrait?

    This rarely happens, but if you do get an incorrect size, please do get in touch with us and we'd be more than happy to provide you with a replacement.
  • What if my portrait is damanged during shipping?

    If your portrait is damaged when you received it, take a photo of the actual damage and email it to us. After review, we will send you a replacement.
